Do my customers see Vultr's branding?
No. The whole experience is white-labelled inside WHMCS. Vultr is just the upstream provider - customers never see their logo or contact pages.
Can I mark up Vultr's pricing?
Yes. You set your own price per package in WHMCS. Vultr bills you their wholesale rate, you bill the customer your retail rate - the difference is your margin.
What if Vultr's API is down?
The module queues provisioning operations with exponential backoff and notifies admins. Customer-facing pages stay readable; only the live action buttons disable temporarily.
Does it support snapshots and backups?
Yes - customers can create, restore and delete snapshots from the client area. You decide whether snapshots are included in the plan or billed as an addon.
What's the difference between Regular and Open Source licenses?
Regular ($199) is the encrypted module - fully functional, supported. Open Source ($599) ships unencrypted PHP so you can modify pricing logic, UI strings or add custom hooks.
